Usually your carpets will be damp for 6-8 hours depending on the weather. Airflow and low humidity is essential to good, quick drying. Using your air conditioner, or furnace, fans, and a dehumidifier will aid the drying process.

Can I walk on my carpets before they are dry?
Until carpeting is dry, minimizing traffic on it helps to prevent re-soiling. Even slight amounts of moisture can easily dislodge dirt from the bottoms of feet and paws. We will give you 2 sets of booties to wear during the drying process. CAUTION: Walking from a damp carpet onto a hard surface can be very slippery.

What method of cleaning do you use?
We use a truck mounted hot water extraction method. This method is the best technology available today, and recommended by most carpet manufactures.

Do you remove pet odors and stains?
As long as the carpet dye has not been damaged we should be able to remove the spots and deodorize to remove most of the odor. Ask us about other odor removal options.
